Cancellation Policy

Appointment & Office Policy To ensure a smooth, efficient, and respectful experience for all clients, please review and adhere to the following policies when scheduling an appointment with Bless'd Hands Services. Scheduled Appointments All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and may need to be rescheduled. Repeated late arrivals may result in limited future booking availability. Required Documentation All required tax documents must be present at the time of your appointment. Missing or incomplete documents will cause delays and may require your appointment to be rescheduled. We are not responsible for processing delays due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client. Office Guest Policy No children or additional guests are permitted at your appointment. The only exception is your spouse or significant other. This policy helps us maintain focus, privacy, and efficiency for all clients. Accuracy & Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. Any changes, omissions, or errors discovered after filing may result in additional processing time or fees. Communication & Professionalism We strive to provide a professional and respectful environment. Disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, or failure to follow office policies may result in service refusal.
